A little bit about me

My name is Mark Dell, although I can often be found around by the alias of "elk" or "madelk" depending where you're looking.

I was born in London back in 1980 and moved to the USA in 2004. Since I was 20 I've had two jobs that I've held for over 4 years each, staying at the same company and good job security is important to me.

Although my careers in the past is revolved purely around technical IT work, which also makes up for part of my hobby (such as this site), I've been trying to find freelance work as a video game critic for some time.

I've been gaming hard on the C64 and Spectrum before most people had heard about video gaming. I wrote my first game review back before I was 10 and have always kept up with the latest games and gaming news.
